So, you came to this page, and you obviously wanna know more about the prince they call Matt? Well, let's start with the basics. My name is Matt M****** and I live in USA. We'll get where I live later. I go to Quigley Catholic High School in Baden, PA. Now, into the details.
If, for some odd, freakish reason, you'd like to see pics of me, go to one of the following pages:
My Mother's Side, The B*-*-*'s: On my mother's side, my grandparents, whom I call grandma and pap, are Mary Ann and Melvin. They have three children, Michael, Michelle (my mom), and Melissa. Melissa is married to Jim K*-*-, whom everyone just calls Koz. Koz and Melissa have one daughter, my cousin, Karsen Mae. She's the cutest thing in the world. She's younger than me, buy, 11 or 12 years. Her birthday is on Valentine's Day, February 11, 1995. Michael (my uncle) is married to Darla. They have no children. My grandmother's mother, Mary L*-*-, is still living, so she is my great-grandmother. That's all for the B*-*-* family, unless you include the pets. Mike and Darla have a huge dog named Lucy. My grandma has a shi-tzu (spelling?) named Kiki. She's SO cute. She also has a bird, named..um...Meeko? *l* But Meeko's dead now. He, like, just dropped dead one day. We have no idea what happened.
My Father's Side, The M*-*-*-'s: This is the confusing part. Read carefully. And have Advil near you. *wink wink* On my father's side, my grandparents, whom I call Nana (NUH-NUH) and Pappy John, are John and Jean. They have six children, (from oldest to youngest) Louie, Jonny, Nicky, Charlotte, Anthony, and Richy. Louie is married to Shelley, and they have one son together, Derek. He's older than me by, like, around 8 years or so. Jonny is married to Adele, and they have two children and one grandchild. Angela, who has a son named Austin (my second cousin) who was born the same year as Karsen Mae K*-*- (see B*-*-*s), is about 7 or so years older than me. Nick is the same age as me, being born on January 13, 1983. Nicky has no wife. Charlotte (Sissy) is married to Edward C*-*-*- (Chizzy), and they have no kids. Anthony is my father, and we call him Tony. Except me, who, duh, calls him Dad. Richy is married to Kelley, and they have three children, Josh, Shayna, and Tyler. Josh is, like, 4 or 5 years younger, Shayna a year younger than Josh, and Tyler, oh, probably 2 years or so younger than Shayna. And most of these ages are guestimations, so....bear with me if I'm off a year or so. Now, let me think of pets...hmm.....the Louie/Shelley/Derek household has a dog named Bogie. Jonny/Adele/Angela/Nick/Austin household has a HUGELY OBESE cat named Snowball, and that about raps up the M*-*-*- family.
For those of you who would like a semi-visual, below is an unordered list of my familial relationships. Those names ALL IN CAPS are on my MOTHER'S side. Those all in lowercase are on my father's side. Those WhO hAvE mIxEd LeTtErS (like those) were brought into my loving family through marriage. The one exception to this rule is MELanny, who is my sister....so....she was just special so she got the CAPITAL first part, lowercase second, kay? Great.
OK, off the family. Let's see...what else....how 'bout school? Like I said above, I go to Quigley Catholic High School. This site is not really good (*gag*) and I've asked if I could help, but...I didn't get a response, so....oh well for Quigley. But, anyway. Quigley is, obviously, a Catholic school, and a private one. Tuition is like, $6500 a year. Scholarships and grants lower that, though. There's a uniform: Oxford button down solid color shirt, tie, black/khaki dress pants. It's not as bad as it sounds, really. You get used to it. It's summer now, but next year I'm taking the following classes. Oh...there's gonna be 11 classes listed (not including lunch) and there's only 8 periods for classes (actually 9 periods, but 1 of them is for lunch), so the classes listed as the same number are all semester courses, except phys. ed. We have gym once every week for the entire school year. Here we go. Oh, yeah, this is my HOPEFUL schedule. I don't know if I'll be able to fit it all in....*sigh*
Anything else? From the classes of my sophomore year and the synopsis of difficulty, I guess you can tell I'm kinda smart. My GPA for the first quarter was 4.238. That will be my GPA for the second, too, since my grades are the same. Oh well. And, most amazingly, that was it for the third, too. That GPA was calculated because I had A's in every class, 'cept Brit. Lit. However, the last quarter, I got an A in every class, so my GPA was 4.42something. I was very proud! Number 1 in the class! Yeah baby!! *l*
I don't like sports very much. My least favorite class is P.E., duh. Luckily, we only have it once a week, and it's a Pass/Fail kinda thing. Oh well. I'm less athletic, more academic. And I'm happy with that. And that's all that counts.
I guess I have a nice amount of friends. Not too many, not too few. I have a few really good ones, and they can be seen on/at my Friendship Page. You can also see what happens on a little-more-than-normal night with us at my New Year's Party Massacre Page.
I have two pets, excluding my sister. One cocker spaniel, named Sunny, who is, about, oh, I'd say, 50 pounds overweight. I've had her since I was, like, 3. Then I have a cat. Her name's Tally, and I really dislike her, but that's probably because she's NOTHING like my old cat, who we had to euthanize in mid-1998. Read about my old cat at my Kitty Tribute Page. The cat now is, well, just a patio cat, I guess, and she isn't anywhere near as loving and friendly as my old cat. But, I guess I'll have to give her time. Oh well.
I don't really know what else to say on this page. I guess I could describe my room. OK. Here goes.
Well, the walls are painted a pale blue with splatters of dark blue and dark purple. You can see it in some of the pictures on the pages listed above, mainly the New Year's Party Massacre one. If you walk into the door, immediately to your left (no need to take a step...it's just there) is my closet. On the doors of it are all my award certificates and stuff. Inside of it is a four-shelf bookcase, with, duh, books on it. Continuing on from my double-door closet, you have my little twirly CD holder thing, which holds the least played of my 400++ CDs (about 200 or so are on the black twirly thing we just walked by). My dresser next, with three shelves of novels and a top shelf dedicated to holding my Raccoon statue collection. This brings us to the back wall. Turn right. OK. You're now at the foot of my bed. On my bed are my raccoon stuffed animals. I have a 40-inch Meeko from Pocahontas, a big huge blue kangaroo, and a few little things, like a lobster Susan named Raul and a toucan I named Shuwana (from Clueless). The bed's head is leaned up against the right side wall, and on it's head are, like, two shelves of more novels. Next to my bed is my nightstand, and on top of it are piled my Computer books (right now, at least, I'm gonna stick 'em in a drawer, sooner or later). In the two night stand's drawers are: (top drawer) religious books like Bibles and prayer books (bottom drawer) pictures. Next to the night stand is my corner desk. On it are my computer, printer paper, computer speakers, one stereo speaker, VCR, scanner, phone (with my own phone line..two actually...one for the Net and one for myself), and two shelves. On the top shelf are about 100 of my most listened to CDs. Bottom shelf hold my novels which are Classics, my Top 10 Videos, and, like, 10 CDs that don't fit on the top shelf. Remember the desk is a corner desk, so, now, on the back wall next to my comp desk is my TV stand, which houses my stereo, the other stereo speaker, my TV, the entire McDonald's Teenie Beanie Baby set, and my printer. Next to this stand is my last holder for CDs, housing another 100 or so CDs that are affectionately labeled as 'semi-listened-to'. And more videos. Finally, we're back to my door. I have two windows, one above my night stand and half of my desk, and the other above my bed on the back wall. Also, above my desk (the part on the back wall) are three shelves. Two of the three hold more novels (my fantasy ones) and the top shelves holds all my collectibles and things, like statues from Franklin Mint and Hamilton Collection. Yes, all the novels and CDs are alphabetized in each section. I'm very organized, I guess you can say. Under my desk is my computer CPU, a milk crate of binders (I have a binder for, like, everything: song lyrics, writing, Sailor Moon, WebPage, journal). Also under the desk are piles of miscellaneous commonly-used books and notebooks.
Here's a pic of my room I just drew on Paint Shop Pro. Gimme a break, ok? My bed is NOT that long. I sorta was cheaper on the right side than the left. The left side is WAY too big......but.....at least it gives you the basic layout....
Well, I think I bored you to death enough with my life and my living conditions. *l* See ya later!!
